1/ According to U.S. standard business practice, all prices are quoted FOB (or "freight on board") from Epsilon Electronics Corporation ("Seller" herein) company address. Buyer assumes ownership of, and is responsible for, all goods during transportation.
Seller may, as a service to Buyer, make shipping arrangements through a third party Freight Forwarder ("Carrier" herein). All shipping and insurance costs are invoiced to Buyer. All taxes and formalities at the receiving end are to be handled by Buyer. Carrier may clear Customs and provide door to door service, invoicing all local taxes and duties to Buyer directly. Seller takes care of all paperwork necessary to obtain validated export licenses for specialty items (high speed modems, very fast hard disks, RISC workstations) and all applicable duties and taxes in US at no cost to Buyer.
All prices are FOB Chicago, IL, and include:
3/ Our preferred method of payment is wire transfer in USD. Other accepted methods of payment are Irrevocable Letter of Credit, International Cashier's Check, and US Company Check, in US funds only. All payment related charges are responsability of Buyer. Only monies actually arriving into our account, which may be less then the amount paid by Buyer, are credited and available toward the order. Minimum order is $5,000.00 USD
4/ We require payment in full before shipping. A 20-50% non refundable deposit is required at order inception for all orders. We will advise when order is completed, and ship as soon as full balance is received. For Letters of Credit please add $500.00 USD plus 3% of invoice value to cover processing fees. Credit lines may be available to qualified customers.
5/ All shippments are insured for invoiced amount, with Epsilon Electronics Corp. as the beneficiary. Buyer assumes possession and is responsible for shipment during transit. If a package is lost or destroyed while in transit, a replacement shipment, or the insured value, will be send to Buyer, after the insured amount is received by Epsilon Electronics Corporation from the Insurance Company. Buyer is responsible for all necessary paperwork to substantiate an insurance claim, and for its prompt delivery to Epsilon Electronics Corporation.
6/ There are no guarantees for delivery dates, as shipping it is not under our control, and international shipping is subject to many constraints. We can only guarantee that the merchandise leaves our dock in good working order and on time. Epsilon Electronics Corp. does not assume any liability for any events outside its control.
7/ Some product may have long lead times. Lead times are outside the control of Epsilon Electronics Corp. and estimated lead times may change at any time. Please contact us to confirm availability and estimated lead times prior to placing an order.
8/ Prices at Destination are available upon request (with Carrier charges included).
9/ All International Orders are shipped with a Concordance Certificate and Quality Certificate.
